Travelling in a group is the norm for Vacation Home Rentals in the Niagara Region. Renting a home for a group is far less expensive than traditional hotels and allow you to cook, BBQ and be together all in one place. It just makes sense for group visitors.

Below are Niagara on the Lake Vacation Rentals suggestions to make the most of your group stay in a Cottage, Private Rental House, or Vacation Villa:

Choose a Travel Coordinator in the group

Chose an individual who can handle the decision making, reserve the accommodations and any dealings with the Property Manager to meet the needs of your group. When you designate one coordinator it will help eliminate miscommunication, speed up the check in process and ensure that your group understands the house rules and nuances that each come with.

Plan, Plan, Plan!

Call ahead and reserve any travel excursions, bike rentals, winery tours, restaurants, and spas. Large groups are harder to accommodate, and making reservations with restaurants, attractions, and tours ahead of your visit is highly recommended and is sure to avoid any disappointments.

We will provide you with a full breakdown of the costs associated with the reservation at our Vacation Rental Properties. Discuss the costs with your group and ensure the currency conversion has been taken into consideration (if necessary).  If there is cost sharing involved, coordinate that before the trip to avoid frustration.

Check in (arrival day) and the day prior

The coordinator will receive an email from one of our Hospitality Advisors requesting the estimated arrival time. We will schedule your arrival with one of our Advisors and provide our contact number 416 988-1611 that can also receive texts. This way you have all the tools you’ll need to advise us of alterations to the arrival time and eliminate check in delays. Communication is key to a successful and memorable stay.

When you arrive, we will walk the coordinator through the home paying close attention to the instructions and the workings of the home rental. The coordinator should check for deficiencies during this walkthrough, in the unlikely event that something is wrong, point it out so we can fix it right away.
