In a previous post, we indicated that we would be announcing some promotions and additions to our team. I am pleased to present the people that run the operation and ensure that our owner and guests experience is exceptional.
Following is the management team. However, the team does not stop here, there are 11 other employees we rely on to assist us in providing exceptional services. Soon each employee will be posted on our site with a biography.
Mark Dellamano, President and Founder
Provides overall management of multiple vacation property and property watch businesses. Lead employees, suppliers, and contractors to ensure effective and profitable businesses for investment property owners, in all regions. Manage business set up, rental listing sites, web development, advertising campaigns and promotions, e-commerce, financial reporting, guest services and satisfaction and property watch inspection services.
Cody Gorham, Vice President of Operations
Reporting to the president Cody provides overall management of the team and multiple vacation properties. Cody Leads the team, works with our suppliers and contractors to ensure effective and smooth operation for our Owners and Guests. Cody is responsible profit and client reporting and guest relations.
Armin Azmani, Vice President, Marketing and Sales
Armin reports to the President and provides overall management of New Business, Marketing client business set up, rental listing sites, web development, advertising campaigns and promotions, e-commerce, financial reporting, guest satisfaction services and client satisfaction.
Rina Heyde, Head of Housekeeping
Rina reports to the President and provides overall management of the housekeeping team. She ensures that our properties cleanliness exceed our guests’ expectations and performs Quality Control after each home is cleaned.
